Private Classes

Private one-on-one yoga sessions are a great way to try yoga for the first time, to focus intently on specific areas, to learn specific postures to help with past injuries or to just treat yourself to an ‘all you’ 90 minutes. Private classes offer a venue to confidently discuss areas of concern – be they emotional, mental and/or spiritual – as we actively seek the best means for you to improve your practice and attain peace of mind.
