Yoga is all about connecting and gaining completeness – of your body, mind and heart. When your body is healthy; when your spirit is calm; when your mind is stimulated, open, understanding and accepting only then are you happy and whole.
The benefits of a regular yoga practice go far beyond flexibility and strength. It is important to understand yoga as a way of life – for it is through this concept of totality that you reap the full benefits.
